Epoxy/Urethane/Polyurea Coatings

Our industrial coatings are commonly used because of their outstanding chemical resistance, durability, low porosity and strong bond strength. Our industrial strength 100% polyurea systems are the best the industry has to offer. We can apply color flake, metallic, colored quartz to coat or even create an artistic design or patterns. Polyureas are commonly used in garages, industrial facilities, animal hospitals, commercial buildings, retail stores, and even more recently in homes as an interior application. These coatings are meant to survive the harshest and most rigorous environments.

What is a polyurea coating?

Polyurea industrial coatings were originally designed to withstand the harshest industrial conditions. Chemical plants, animal hospitals, and factories were some of the environments these systems were originally designed for. Until very recently have these systems been introduced to the residential market.

Is a Polyurea more durable than an Epoxy coating?
The answer to that is most definitely YES!

  • Polyurea coatings are 3X more scratch resistant

  • Polyureas are UV Stable and WILL NOT AMBER from sunlight, unlike epoxies

  • Polyureas are far more resistant to chemicals than urethanes and epoxies

  • Polyureas are not brittle like epoxies, and are water resistant

  • Polyureas have superior concrete adhesion properties compared to epoxies/urethanes

  • Polyurea floors look the same as epoxy floors and colored chips/quartz can be applied just the same

  • Polyureas dry within a 2 hours and can be parked on the next day! Unlike epoxies/urethanes that can take 5 days to properly cure

  • Installations can be done in 1 day!

  • Polyureas can be used Indoor and Outdoor: walkways, patios, driveways ETC

The benefits of our 100% polyurea systems prove that this system is far superior to any epoxy or urethane the market has.
